The staff are friendly and you can trust them to arrange everything to you especially Mr. Antony he arranged Fansipan tickets, Sapa to Hanoi sleeping bus ticket. The location is good nearby everything you need small stores, restaurants, and spa’s places.

Location was excellent with awesome views of the mountain from the pool, deck and eating area. Having a buffet breakfast helps with the choices of food to eat for western visitors. Happy with our choice to come here. Also, swimming in pool on top of hotel with view of amazing lush mountain range being 3000m up is not something you can do many places.
