One of the best hotels i have ever stayed. The room had a very nice view to the Sapa mountains, it was clean and comfort, had all the things described. Owners were very friendly from the moment i put my foot inside. They helped me with my baggage, they were smiling making the guest feel that he his in his home. They informed me everything about Sapa and Fansipan. They were interested to learn about me and my trip in Vietnam. I totally recommend this hotel. Thank you Van for all the detailed information you gave me about Sapa.

Van, our host was very helpful & kind. Gave us many tips on where the good food are & to be wary not to be scammed. She was honest to warn us of the steps leading to her homestay & the limited view of our requested room. Besides the complementary coffee & tea, she also provided some snacks/biscuits in the room. Unlike other hotels or homestays, she won't charge the additional bank charges if you pay by credit card.

The host Van and her family made us feel welcome, helped us plan our itinerary but also did not push us to do any specific tour. She also saved our entire trip by returning a lost passport. The place felt like an authentic experience while still being in a great central location.
