Even though I paid for a room with the view of the mountain and valley. It was still amazing to see from our room. Staff helped us book the cable car ride to the peak, Fansipan.

Service was exceptional. Free shuttle to and from Sapa Town was helpful. The receptionists at the concierge went out of their way to assist us, and even arranged for an earlier takeaway breakfast box as we had to leave to catch our bus.

The hotel was luxurious, friendly and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered incredible variety. Although the hotel was large the staff knew who we were and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was perfect with amazing views and balconies. It was a more expensive hotel but that was reflected in the quality and still very good value.
