Fantastic view of the mountains and valley, modern, comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel, location was good with a very nice view of the Sapa landscape, room was very spacious, the connecting room we booked was perfect for the 5 of us as it has 2 bathrooms. Staff was extremely hospitable and also had shower facilities for us to use before our overnight sleeper bus back to Hanoi

The room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean and so so reasonably priced. Great amenities (robe included). We had a free upgrade to a family room for 3 nights which was just what we both needed. Shower was lovely and hot! Extremely clean! Honestly cannot fault the hotel. Only thing that disturbed us slightly was noise coming from neighbouring rooms who were loud, but that does not take away from the hotel itself. Staff were kind. They gave me complimentary pastries & coffee & fruit when I was leaving for a long journey on my last day. Would stay here again if I was in sapa!
