Big room. It's cold in Sapa and the room is not very isolated, but there are lots of extra blankets in the cupboard. The bathroom was ok. It's at the other end of the city, but still in walking distance.

The owner is an absolute gem. 1. We arrived at midnight to Sapa and he met us at reception for a late check in. 2. He organised our transport to cat ba and even walked us to the bus. 3. After finishing a homestay in the mountains we returned to Sapa and he allowed us to leave our bags at the property and even have a shower (for a small additional cost) 4. He also gave great recommendations for things to do in Sapa. Personally I think a helpful owner is so important and he was perfect. Thank you

The property was clean and in a great location close to the bus. The host was helpful and allowed us to check in late after our bus from Ha Giang. The property was good value for money
