We had a good experience staying at this hotel in Vietnam. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — his attention, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly made a difference. The rooms were clean and the balcony view was amazing creating a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. The service, cleanliness were great.

Good location, clean and spacious room with local design. Good breakfest, friendly staff and cat (Chicken). Fast loundry service. Tour options. Beautiful view from rooftop terrace. Easy communication. All good.

Nice and peaceful hotel close to everything - and at the same time a little away’ from noizy street. The family who owns the place is so nice and helpful - and help arrangements like trekking and transportation.
