The hotel had a good elevator and the staff was really friendly and very generous with water bottles and helped recommend local restaurants too.

Leo was very helpful allowing me to do an early check in, which is needed as most buses arrives in Sapa around 2am.

The room was clean and everything was working normally. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, it’s located right next to the lake and you can walk to the center of Sapa in 5 min. Overall a great experience for the price
