My experience at Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest and most helpful receptionist — she was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely cared about making my stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. Her kindness really stood out and made a big difference. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and while the rooms are slightly dated and could use a bit of updating, they are still very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I slept well every night. One of the absolute highlights was the Eden Spa, located just across the street from the hotel. It’s beautifully designed, calm, and professional — I had one of the best massages there during my time in Vietnam. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of trekking or exploring Sapa. All in all, Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa offers warm hospitality, a great location, and excellent value — and the friendly staff, especially the receptionist, truly make it a special place. I’d be happy to stay here again!
