Amazing location with beautiful views from the room, easy to get anywhere with just a short walk, hotel staff were very helpful in booking a tickets for fansipan as well as for booking a seamless transfer to Hanoi.

Location is nearby shops and along a busy street in Sapa. However the mountain view is facing the mountains and u wun be bored by the sound of horns. TV and wifi is stable, windows and balcony are enough to fill ur nature views. Facilities are oK.

Hotel 4 nights stays was comfortable. Location was good with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. A short walking distance to SunPlaza. Hotel lobby cafe where breakfast was served in the morning comes with a mountain view, excellent scenery.
