This is a great hotel, with beautiful view on the montains and nice breakfast. Julie, from the reception, arranged everything perfectly for us, and helped us book a great Sapa trekking in the very last minute. She was lovely and very helpful with us. Thanks again

Staff and Location.The staff were very helpful and friendly especially KC on the front desk. The location was great, few minutes walk to centre of town.
