The fine print
1. the glamping area (one caravan, one tent) is on its own 1 hectare plot. You are welcome to take up to 2 dogs but they must be kept inside at night and the caravan area is not fenced.2. You will share the property with 2 humans and 27 rescues animals (22 dogs and 5 pot-belly pigs), but we all live in a 4ha fenced area, 180 away from the caravan.3. While our doggies are happy and free to run all day long, you can expect to hear barkings/singings sessions when they get excited for x,y,z reason (you arriving, you leaving, your dog(s) moving around, the cows saying hello, us arriving/leaving, etc....). But it normally does not last very long before they calm down again. During the night, they are locked up and sleep through so you wont be disturbed.4. Our shared ablution block is semi-open and with dry toilets (emptied daily). While ablution block will be cleaned daily, we will only come clean the caravan on request.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lucie's small Paradies. Everything was as good as expected. The Caravan is located on beautiful property with view on the ocean (including incredible sunsets). The caravan it self is very cozy and has all the essentials u need for a stay. And even though you share the property with 2 humans and more then 20 animals, you will still have your privacy. It is best if you bring your own care or rent one because there is so much so explore in this area. Lucie' and Philipp are very kind. They will help you with Planing daily trips and give you all the information you need. Our car had a problem during the stay and they even took us to a mechanical station. I can highly recommend you to go for a walk with all the lovely doggies and Lucie. They are very cute and you can discover the beautiful property a little more. Sometimes one of the doggies even stayed for a bit at the Caravan outside while we were playing games. Really enjoyed to have some nice company. All in all one of the best experiences I had so far with booking.

The camper was tastefully decorated, well equipped, spotless clean, warm. The toilet and shower are arranged outside - all very clean but in winter it might be a challenge as it is cold. It is very quiet and we had a privet concert with our dinner (cicadas were playing 😁). In the morning you wake up with the birds. We bought some groceries for dinner and breakfast in the Intermarshe but you can ask the owner to do it for you for a set fee. Phillip picked us up from the shop as the camping is a bit off the track. He also dropped us the following day on the Rota Vincentina. We took the opportunity and walked the rescued dogs and fed the Vietnamese pigs. It was one of the best accommodation on our route. Thank you.

All perfect. Even the weather was great during the stay at the sanctuary... It couldn't be better. Amazing host and lovely animals.
