Fully equipped apartment, with a cool industrial vibe. The apartment had everything we could have wanted, with a well equipped kitchen, soap for the bathroom etc. We appreciated that it had a washing machine, since we found this was rare in South America. Unfortunately there was a fault with the machine, but the host helped us to wash our clothes instead (great service and communication). The location is in a safe residential neighborhood. It's 5-10 mins walk from a small supermarket. You'll need to Uber or taxi to any tourist sites, but it's very affordable in Sao Paolo.

Quiet room in a good neighborhood. Good equipment. The owner is friendly and gave us a lot of information although she doesn't speak English at all.
