The fine print
Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodation for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.To better serve you, our front desk is temporarily under renovations from 09 to 18 of January .

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Slightly noisy. I moved from a room on the 6th floor to the 12th floor but still a bit noisy. The outside swimming pool is very small as is the gym

Spacious, clean rooms and basically as in pictures. Hotel area is safe even at night. There is also super cool rooftop pool with spectacular view on the city. Avenida Paulista is 15 mins by walking. The breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommended hotel.
