Despite being situated in an area known as "cracklandia," which isn't the safest for walking, we didn't encounter any problems during our stay. Being a group of four guys, we stuck together, which likely contributed to our safety. On a positive note, the price was reasonable considering the circumstances.

The hotel is well furnished, comfortable and the staff is wonderful. I forgot something in a Uber car and they promptly help me contact the guy and fix the issue (the guy was correct too). I got an anticipated check-in for almost nothing and an anticipated check-out (for professional reasons) arranged. The breakfast is perfect and the rooms are clean everyday (unless you don't want it on some days). Before coming there, I read some comment about people leaving in the street, this is general in Sao Paolo, and (for me) they are not an issue. In this case, they are not the street of the hotel, so please relax. Last, but not the least, the price is affordable and it seems to be reduced most of the time. So, just go.
