The breakfast was amazing and the best part of our stay. Lots of choice, continually good quality and all the Brazilian classics. We booked this hotel so we could use the gym and the pool, the pool was great (though limited sun on it because of the surrounding buildings). We also really liked all the staff and found the room to be spacious and comfortable.

The receptionists were not very welcoming, except for Wilson and a trainee sitting beside him, learning the ropes... The people at the restaurant were not particularly friendly either!

I’ve stayed at the hotel many times before and have had very good experiences. Unfortunately, this time there was a refurbishing going on and it was not very pleasant.
