The fine print
Please note that minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents and present an official ID. If only one of the parents is with the minor, the absent parent must provide a written authorisation. If another person other than the parents is designated to accompany the minor, both parents need to provide a notarised authorisation for that person.For bookings with a prepayment, the credit card used must be presented by upon check in. Absolutely fantastic gym, 24/7 and lots of options!! Restaurant downstairs is also decent.

They gave me free room upgrade and I got leather slippers to take home for free - it was similar to Havana slippers :)) The food was very nice...

Large hotel in a central location for São Paulo. The gym was large and open 24hrs. I chose a basic room due to the great 90’s styling / architecture. The room was well appointed and I loved the late 20thC styling. I hope the hotel keeps some of these rooms and doesn’t refurbish them all, as the new rooms look bland and generic, very footballers wives. (if you know, you know) a lot of Cabin crew from different airlines stay here, so great people watching at breakfast!
