The fine print
Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet, with a maximum weight of 10 kg. The pet fee is BRL 70 tax and must be paid upon check-in. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. Please contact the hotel for more information.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization in order to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is in the company of his parents.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality,staff very friendly and helpful,the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! Muito Obrigada!

Staff were amazing. Thiago and Diego from the reception were exceptionally helpful. The masseuse in the hotel spa was very skilled.
