The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Renovation work is done from 09:00 to 18:00 daily. The facade and common areas are under renovation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Central location. They had Triple beds which is great if travelling in a group.

The check in guys were so friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and were a pleasure to deal with. The room had a great desk for working at and the bed was comfortable. The pool was an added bonus even though the pool chairs were uncomfortable.

The staff were exceptional the entire time I stayed… I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that… the rooms are very large with a desk for working, a separate area for dressing and storage of luggage.
