The fine print
Please note that some of the rooms are located on the second floor and are only accessible by stairs.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The room is very small and simple, but it was clean and for the price was ok. It is a decent place and the people were really nice

The staff is super attentive and welcoming, I had to have a very late check-out and was out of reach during the day, so they made sure they had my number right and contacted me in advance, sent me a video showing me exactly what I would have to do to check myself in and even left me a number for emergencies either way. The location is great, right around the corner of the Paraíso Metro Station, and it's not in a dangerous area (for São Paulo standards anyway). The room is not big but it wasn't cramped by any means, so it didn't bother me one bit. Everything was clean, both room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and had an electric socket behind the side table, the room had cable TV and a spacious desk with an electric socket right by it. The bathroom had a spacious shower, clean and soft towels and toiletries. I personally had a great experience and would stay again for sure.
