The staff are exceptional and friendly. Never upset if i Needed extra time. I also have a health condition that affects e constantly and the self-healing of it requires me to make loud cough-like noises at all times and they didn’t once complain or make me feel bad about it. The room also came outfitted with 220v and 110v outlets. As someone who doesn’t speak Portuguese, everyone showed incredible patience and allowed me to take my time with translator apps and they always made sure I understood their responses! Service is a 20/10!
