The fine print
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.***PLEASE NOTE*** The outdoor pool will be available on Mondays from 12:00h (midday) to 20:00h due to morning maintenance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The panoramic view from the clubroom was absolutely breathtaking. if not for anything else, the view itself makes the visit completely worth it. This ofcourse does not discount the superior and personalized service, quality of the property and facilities contained within. I for one will certainly be heading back to this hotel in short future.

The location was ideal — right in the heart of the city and perfect for our business needs. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. The door Staff where the best I have ever experienced, in articular one younger guy who brough a smail to my face every time I was warmly greeted by him. He is a gem!!
