The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show, the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Concierge staff were exceptional. Neighbourhood felt very safe. Lots of restaurants, cafes, thrift stores, etc. An uber to downtown cost $8500 pesos or roughly $cdn 17.00

We wanted a central safe location for a few nights as we ended our stay in Chile. This accommodation met the brief with location, safety and well priced. Easy walking distance to restaurants and less than 5km from the centre via the riverside.
