LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

It’s a beautiful period property. The common areas are very inviting. You can have a cup of tea in a lovely living room or courtyard at any time. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Comfortable rooms and great bathroom. The location is perfect to explore Santiago, it’s safe and as you step out of Le Reve there are several good restaurants just there. The street is quiet.

Wonderful boutique hotel, located near restaurants and a short walk to the metro. Surroundings were stunning and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good

The staff were friendly, very helpful and the service very good. Breakfast was self serve buffet includes continental, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, simple but good. In the common kitchen, there is a filtered water machine to fill your own water bottle and a coffee machine that you can select the type of coffee to make. The lounge seating and garden areas are charming and homey. We had a free room upgrade to a suite which improved the value for money.
