Valentina was very quick to respond to any communication in a positive, supportive way. It felt safe and having people on the front desk 24/7 was great. The bed was comfortable and the patio/terrace was appreciated every day. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, Los Leones metro station, grocery store etc.

Central location, good for exploring Santiago. Swimming pool, roof terrace & laundry room a bonus. Although I’m not sure that the laundry room was advertised.
