Breakfast was not included. There is a shared kitchen with individual fridges and cupboards for each apartment which are locked. Everything was spotless. The man who greeted us did not speak English, but we managed to communicate and were allowed to check in early. He was very helpful.

Gratis parking inside (only for 5 cars but 10 apartments) and also outside (easy to find place) Good price / quality ratio Modern infraestructure and clean Each apartment has own small refrigerator with lock in shared kitchen

Clean, friendly, very well equipped kitchen. Hot powerful shower. Close to an excellent breakfast place. 25 minute walk from town and local beach.

Located in a lovely quiet area, 25 mins walk from beaches/city centre. Interior of property is done to a very high standard, the owner is just finishing the outside work at the back of property, looks good. There are a number of bars/restaurants in the area 5 mins away and 2 supermarkets for self catering. Property offers shared area with individual storage plus cooking facilities. Also clothes washing etc. Wifi works ok. Most important the owners are really nice people and have done all the modernisation themselves. Well done.
