Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper. A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too. The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.

We stayed for our trip to EK and it was the best. It's few steps away from it and it's also near the terminal. The host Ms. Rosalie was very accommodating to our requests, we were able to check in at an earlier time. The facility is clean and has complete appliances, it's very homey. The rent is very affordable and if you are commuting it only make sense to stay at their location. Overall, we had a great experience, kudos to Ms. Rosalie and all the staff!
