The hotel was humble but very clean. With parking underneath the hotel - what it is a plus. We only stayed one night, as we booked the place mid way between the Termas and Pereira airport.

very clean hotel only a few minutes walk from main square, surrounded by restaurants and bars. electric shower, modern fittings, and incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff. upon arrival we were offered and shown a choice of 3 rooms as we were told the one we had booked might have a bit of street noise, fabulous, honest customer service. great value for money
