The air conditioning was excellent, as was the frequency and quality of the towel exchange – both in the room and by the pools. The mini-bar was well serviced (included in our room within the price. The coffee machine was well-kept and immaculate. Pods were provided. Unlimited quantities of purified water were available from several stations within the building, a glass flask provided for collection. The food was excellent throughout and the serving staff outstanding. Your manager – Oscar – was exemplary in his attention to detail and set the highest standards. Lifts in the building are well kept and efficient and the overall cleanliness is excellent. Cleaning staff are wonderful and eager to help. Reception staff are splendid, but the “special” reception area for Star Prestige guests is only open between 9.00 and 17.00. Overall, I would say that the holiday was a pleasant one, with a few irritating omissions in initial descriptions – be aware what you are getting, as it’s not all it seems.

A large hotel, quite well organised and with a lot of different facilities to offer adult guests. The common parts of the hotel are fairly well maintained with excellent sundecks and pools. The hotel overlooks the bay of Santa Ponça and there is access to swim in the sea. The hotel offers one of the most extensive buffets I have ever seen for all meals including breakfast. The food is tasty, mostly well prepared and presented. We ‘upgraded’ from a Suite to a Junior Suite (a Junior suite is in our experience usually below a suite!) and were offered a much larger and brighter room. It had a huge whirlpool bath and separate shower cubicle. This hotel has potential but the property does need some urgent maintenance and better communication would be appreciated.

Room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast second to none. Hotel location quiet with some more lively spots ten minutes walk away.

Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Location beside the sea was fab and as we were all-inclusive we didn't leave the hotel that much. Food was also great with a wide selection to suit all needs.
