We admit we were a bit worried at first because of the comments about insects, but it seems the issue has been completely resolved – we didn’t experience any inconvenience at all. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, freshly aired out, and the furniture looked newer than in the photos. It was clear that improvements had been made. The air conditioning is only in the living room, as mentioned in the description, but it was enough to keep a comfortable temperature throughout the space. Overall, we felt very good here and we definitely recommend the place!

Passing through Santa Pola, it was great to find this appartment. Very easy to access as there are no stairs before getting to the elevator. And it was a great surprise to see that there was a kids dining high chair. It is located in the best area of the town and yet it is a quiet area, so great to have a break and relax. Self Check-in was easy and quick. Definitely a place that I would like to return to and stay longer.

I had a short business trip, alone. Personally, I don't go to the beach, which is very close and looks very good, but I made full use of the restaurants located in the marina right in front of the block. Also a very large supermarket in the basement of the block next door. Another plus is that I didn't have to stand behind anyone when arriving or leaving, self check in is done. RECOMMEND!
