As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Really helpful and friendly host, he wanted to welcome us at the hotel at midnight after a extreme long bus ride . Locations walking distance from the center in a quiet street

Very clean and they offer cleaning service every day. The bed was really comfortable. The AC worked great. Very good wifi. The staff is always ready to help. Mini fridge in the room! Safe area. Good shared kitchen with lots of space. We loved it!
