The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They greeted us warmly and upgraded us to a lovely bright and spacious bedroom which we greatly appreciated. The two receptionists we dealt with went out of their way to provide additional items for us and were happy to advise us about restaurants and locations to visit. The Hotel had a lovely old world ambience with gorgeous floor tiles. The hotel is ideally located close to the restaurant strip and the beach area. They also offer guests the opportunity to use the pool and facilities at their other hotels in town.

The rooms were perfect for 3 people. We stayed before and after visiting Tayrona park..both stays were quiet and enabled a good sleep. The staff is super helpful and the breakfast plentiful.
