The apartment is in a good location, a ten minute walk to the main town area with lots of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment block has a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and flower beds making it secluded and pleasant to sit by the pool. Also there is security staff on the apartment block door. The apartment, whilst large and roomy -has good air con, a large balcony overlooking the road and a quiet bedroom - overall requires some TLC and upgrades. For example, the shower area and bathroom had black mould around the shower tray. The whole apartment could do with a painting refresh, new towels are required and we didn't expect plastic plates and glasses. Under the sink, in the kitchen areas smelt and was damp and there were little black bugs/insects running around on the work services! We looked in nicer apartments in the same block for less money, it wasn't worth euro 450 for 7 nights!

We enjoyed our holiday very much and the apartment was perfect for us - great situation, simply furnished but just what you need for a holiday stay; clean, safe and comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. The pool is a plus and nice and private In town, we enjoyed the Dubliners for beer, snacks and live music and the Palm Beach restaurant for cocktails and good food with perfect view on the beach. .....we were sad to leave.... thank you for the nice service
