Great location for me, opposite beach but in quiet area. short walk into main street/beach so you can dip in and out. Balcony with view of beach and sunshine all morning. Regular cleaning, linen change etc.

Location is in the better side of Santa Maria. Away from big resorts. Apartments with a good beach and good bars and restaurants along the beach. A quieter area of Santa Maria with more quality restaurants
