"Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of June to half of September from 9:00 until 19:00 daily. Our swimming pool is also open to the public, but for Bellavista guests there is a reserved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, subject to availability. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet, per night applies. Check-in time: From 15:00 PM to 20:00 PM, after this time a supplement of €30 will be applied. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception, leave your car and go to Assisi for a visit or have lunch at our restaurant while you wait. Check-out time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, late check-out (on request) €50 supplement. *Check-out and payment will take place at the Restaurant and not at the Reception*. Breakfast time: From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Lunch hours: From 12:00 PM to 14:30 PM (closed on Thursdays) Dinner hours: From 19:00 PM to 20.00 PM (closed on Thursdays) Parking: Included, internal and unattended. Daily supplement: Baby Cot: €10, pets in the room: €5 (per pet)"Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. First of all strategic location, just below the assisi overlooking the historical centre on the hill, very close to mc donalds and train station. And cleanliness which for me important. Then facility, the structure has nice swimming pool with superb view, and very good restaurant.

Stayed at a hotel with an absolutely amazing view over the whole of Assisi. The breakfast was really tasty – lots of great options to start the day. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

The location and the food are fantastic. Parking super for bigger than usual cars. Clean and quiet.
