Over all very nice hotel . Only few things I suggest Kindly give two small bottle as complement And during the fair time in EUROPARQUE if have shuttle service morning & evening People will be so, happy and Most of the exhibitor & organiser of the fair staying in nova Cruz only

The staff was incredibly accommodating – all our requests were met with exceptional understanding, especially considering the challenges of traveling with a large group of tweens and teens. The room was great for a night’s stay: comfortable beds and surprisingly decent dimensions. Really appreciated the warm and flexible hospitality!

Disappointed with my stay. Poor communication from reception on arrival and the room was very basic – only the bathroom felt up to standard. Breakfast was limited, lacked vegetarian options, and the restaurant felt like a school canteen. Definitely not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.
