Nice rooftop swimming- and lounge area. Good and relax breakfast. Personnel very helpfull. Goof location, from the room we had a nice view over the sea.

Overall, the hotel is a spacious, modern, and clean property that offers a beautiful sea view from our room - The Level Junior Suite Supreme Sea View. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and the outdoor balcony was a nice feature. Its location is within walking distance of Santa Eulalia harbour, where many excellent bars and restaurants are nearby. The large pool area had plenty of sunbeds available, and we preferred the main pool over the rooftop Level pool. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, including some A La Carte options. The view and atmosphere, as the morning sun shines down on the terrace, are ideal.

Great hotel with exceptional staff; location was just out of the marina which was a little walk but sat nicely on the coast line so there was a lovely breeze and wonderful views. The room was decent enough too although not worth the price increase for the levels upgrade, we’d probably have been happy enough in a normal room. The rooms were cleaned quite well and done every day. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The staff were great in all areas of the hotel; so friendly and helpful, very accommodating too.
