The cuisine of Álvaro Sanz, a chef with two Michelin stars (one red and one green) and two Repsol suns, is based on tradition and respect for the product. The Mediterranean is his inspiration, with a sustainable approach where local Ibicencan fish and vegetables are the protagonists. The restaurant offers dinner service six days a week in high season and three or four nights in low season.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Pool was great and there were plenty of sunbeds. Room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect, near to the sea, restaurants and bars. There was a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away too.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and the town. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast selection was very good.

It was so calming and tranquil around the pool and throughout just the relaxing holiday we needed. We got a free upgrade and the room was just out of this world. The staff were so kind and helpful. Couldn’t fault anything.
