I love the atmosphere of this hotel. It is a true Mexican hotel. That means freedom from entitled people. Folks are friendly no matter their country and it's ok to be you. Rooms were clean and mattresses and pillows were comfy. Included breakfast had good variety and excellent taste. The beach club Baacanda is beautiful

Great location, beautiful view from our balcony. Staff were great. The only issue was when we arrived, there was a big dead cockroach in our bathroom. Thank God it was dead!! Did not see another one after that in our room or the hotel. I know they are common it just wasn't what we wanted to walk into on our first night.

Location was excellent! Within walking distance to many places. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests promptly! The manager, Mirtha was awesome and speaks great English. Made sure our stay was all that we wanted!

Room and bathroom were spacious and i had a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. Special shout out to Ari at the front desk who GOT THINGS DONE with a beautiful smile!! Unlike the men - sorry guys but you need to step up your service. the beach club access is also a fantastic bonus with this property. I used it every day. the service is excellent, the food is good and the views and pool are lovely. It is a quiet respite away from the hotel's loud annoying pools.
