Smooth check-in and check-out. Easy communication with the hosts. Great view, comfortable mattress, modern building, not too far from city centre. All basics necessary for a stay were provided.

We really enjoyed our stay there! The communication with the host was fast and super helpful. The location was great (with a nice view from the 25th floor), and the apartment was well-equipped and clean. It takes 10-15 minutes to the main Santa Cruz sights and a 5-minute walk to the main bus station, providing extremely convenient and inexpensive access to the entire island and the airports. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! It was exactly what we needed, and it exceeded our expectations considerably.

Everything was great and suited me. A comfortable, spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen on the 25th floor of a tower block. Very clean, tasteful. Comfy bed, shower worked great, abundant lighting in all rooms. Very good fast WIFI. Everything you need is there. Also some salt and pepper in the kitchen. Super location. Close to Parque Maritime with swimming pools, opera house, large shopping centers, Palmetum. Old town and the city center are 25 minutes away. Private, quiet, beautiful view of the city and mountains from the windows.

The neighborhood is great, all shopping malls are within 10 minutes walk and major points of interest are close also. Support from hosts is amazing, we felt really welcomed! The apartment has everything for cozy long-term stay.
