All staff member, including front desk, kitchen and waiters are perfect. From first day, they remembered my allergy of milk and prepared all food accordingly.

Nick was amazing at reception !!! As were all the other members of staff. Nick made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast was great, the free bus pass was great for us, proximity of hotel to other restaurants is good.

Excellent location for skiing. short waling distance from the lifts if you don't want to wait for the ski bus. The Spa was very nice - the kids enjoyed it very much. breakfast was very nice.
