Nice little hotel with lots of charm and very friendly staff. Thank you Peter for the restaurant recommendations. We also found the little gifts such as bottles of water and delicious home-baked cookies very charming. Breakfast was also nice. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Lovely large room on the ground floor with a balcony. Very clean, we had a fridge and coffee maker in the room. There was also a coffee machine in the reception area where you could grab your choice of coffee at any time of day (although no decaf)

Great location and fantastic staff, we had all we needed for 1 night in Santa Barbara. I liked the Spanish colonial style and ceramic tiles which added to the general atmosphere, not to mention the souvenir water bottle which was a nice touch. The room was large enough for two people and pretty quiet.
