The property was undergoing a massive Reno when we were there. We were thankful they accommodated our reservation because we were diamond members, even though they try to cancel it hours before we arrived. The bagged breakfast was less than desirable. Thankful the construction worker carried my luggage down 4 flights as the elevators were out of service.
