The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We requested a takeaway breakfast for 7 AM before our visit to the Santa Ana Volcano, and it was promptly prepared and waiting for us at the designated time. The food was delicious, and the breakfast options were not only plentiful but also generous enough to be a full meal, ensuring we had plenty of energy for our adventures.

Staff is amazing! Pretty cool nice place located just walking distance to the city center. I definitely recommend the place and Velvet hostal. Provided breakfast came as a surprised!

Well decorated, nice and secure place. Very kind and helpfull personal, they speak good english. Tasty breakfast and good coffee. They also have some food and drinks for sale. Wifi. 5 minutes walk to the center of town.
