I can’t thank Lisa enough for our excellent stay at the villa. The villa was spotless, and we were greeted with amazing snacks and a great selection of drinks upon arrival. I was initially concerned about getting around, but Lisa went above and beyond to arrange taxis for us wherever we needed to go. She also provided fantastic advice on how to navigate the island and recommended must-see places. This was probably my best experience with booking.com, and I can’t wait to return. Huge thanks again to Lisa!

The villa- the inside is as spectacular as the outside. The pride the owners take in the presentation and quality of the villa is plain to see in every square inch, immaculate throughout with everything you could ever need. The pool is sublime. The linen on the sunbeds and (several!) seating areas are pristine, offering lovely shaded spots from the pool which was in full sun all day. Located in a residential area, it’s lovely and peaceful and the beautiful plants and trees make you feel you are in a tropical paradise (dramatically lit up at night too!). Yet, you are less than 10 mins drive into Ibiza town and not much longer to several of the popular beach clubs and restaurants. The villa is well suited to every age too- we were a group aged from 2-70 and we were all entirely taken care of with lovely surprises for our daughters (2,6,9) .. and a generously stocked fridge with welcome drinks and treats for the adults. The villa manager- Lisa’s personalised attention to detail was second to none. From the moment we booked, Lisa was on hand to answer any questions we had, assist with bookings, make recommendations, predicting our needs before we even knew them, was top class and we can’t thank her enough! We will certainly be back- we can’t imagine anywhere ever coming close to the quality we have enjoyed here. Thanks so much again to all the team at Villa Serenity.
