This is an old style apartment, spacious with thick walls and high ceilings, sun never comes into the flat so it keeps a comfortable temperature most of the season without need to use the air conditioner. The air conditioner may be a little weak for the hottest time of season but was enough at the end of August. Bathroom is well equipped with a good shower place. Kitchen had everything, including Nespresso coffee machine. The flat is located 2 blocks from parking garage and from 24H supermarket. One block away is a great gastronomy Donna Rosa.
