Excellent location easily accessible to beach and city centre. Bikes (no gear) available for free rental (locks provided but not helmets). Rooms & bathroom (looked renovated) were very clean although the decor is a bit dated in the rooms. Well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher though) Very helpful front desk staff. (Paid) parking right in front of the residence (no need to navigate narrow underground parking)

Superb location, studio rooms are espescially spacious. I loved how the bikes were free to hire, such a bonus.

Value for money. Good location and a 5-10 min walk into the old town. Good onsite parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic apartment which did include necessary facilities and a coffee machine. Clean and comfortable.
