II is definetely worth of money when staying in more then 2 people. Other options in the city are more expensive and you still need to buy the food in restaurant. I liked the stay in this apartment a lot. We were a group of athletes staying there during a tournament. We liked the walking distance (for adult) to the city, the city park and grocery shops. Apartment is easily accesible and suitable for group of people which do not leave and come at once even when there is only one key from the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, lot of space (cupboard, shelves) to put your own staff and cloths into. You can cook properly and spare some money for the food. It has a washing maschine and a sunny balcony in case someone staying longer and needs to wash. Parking on one parking slot garantied, second spot can be probably also found in the surrounding area easily. Communication with renting bodies was excellent. They can prepare you an invoice on demand.

The place is a gem, very well taken care of. Loads of things in the apartment, lots of towels (which for us was important) and a nice workable kitchen as well. toilet seperated from shower which is a big plus. Nice balcony to dry clothes and view from 5th floor. Elevator is huge. Check in/out was super easy. Host was very engaged and messaging making sure everything was fine before we arrived. Easy private parking spot. Lots of space in living area. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Close to supermarkets and amenities. I recommend this place 100%
