Everything was so good! Amazing location with just a few minutes walk to Nasserein, very helpful and kind staff, really nice breakfeast, clean rooms and an amazing sauna-area!😍

What I loved the most is how we were absolutely made to feel at home, and the delightful support we had from hotel staff in guiding us / advising us, about the slope, where to go, how we could make the most of our stay & our skiing - just going above & beyond to ensure this was a positively memorable experience not just a holiday!!! They are/were absolutely brilliant. Holiday is yes about a lovely stay, good breakfast and food, but what you don’t typically get is the level of care & attention but done in a way that didn’t feel over involved or intrusive - that is what really made this stay exceptional
