Impeccably clean. Staff were very very friendly and helpful, especially when I had lots of queries about the area. Location is within short walking distance to the seaside.

A large bottle of water was provided, rarely get that at similar hotels. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I needed to checkout before having breakfast and they cooked me a sandwich to take with me, left in the guest fridge.
