The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Great value for what you pay. Clean dorms, friendly staff, good location, and a simple breakfast included. For backpackers on a budget, this place ticks all the boxes.

Only stayed for one night, but it was beyond expectations! Super friendly staff, comfy bed, and a great location near the waterfront. They helped me plan my trip even though I was short on time. The rooftop view was a nice surprise too. Perfect stopover for solo travelers or anyone exploring Sandakan. Wish I had stayed longer!

The view was so nice, you can also stay up on the sea view rooftop The staff really nice and helpful They also can help you to arrange kinabatangan river trip So recommend it to solo travellers like me!
